Week 2
Bugle Call
Oh. my. gosh. This week slayed. Like literally sooo amazing. My dear KOH followers, you have no idea how freaking sweet it was!
There were trips on trips on trips! My girls in Trails End (CTs) went all the way up to Canada and hiked LSPP! Those Gargantua cliffs almost got them in the beginning but the beauty of Lake Superior bolstered their spirits and they had a rockin’ five days of hiking, camping, swimming, and singing - ‘twas fire! The Pictured Rocks trip ate, as it always does, and the Grand Island crew was psyched to explore the island and dip in Lake Superior. Those trips girlies really know how to live life!
The rest of the KOH kicked it back at camp and had some sweet activities, including the fan fav - DUNE FOOTBALL! Lowkey the Sands killed it, the Pines learned a lot and improved their strat, and the Skies were bummed their help wasn’t needed but they’ll def run those campers down in the 4 week sesh. Also, I swear I was going to crash out if it rained one more time, but Mr. Golden Sun finally showed up and even though he’s an illusive dude - now we’re vibing and he’s put in more than just a guest appearance.
Girl, I can’t even believe that we’re going into the last week of the first sesh! Time is flying by. Quit freaking out though! This week has some killer activities in the queue but you’ll have to catch me next week to hear that tea!
Until then…
XOXO
Graciousness Girl

Brief Translation in case you don’t speak Gossip Girl:
Three Big Trips went out. The CTs hike the Lake Superior Provincial Park Coast in Canada. Burly but fun. Pictured Rocks and Grand Island trips (located in the Upper Peninsula) were also fun and beautiful.
We’re getting in all the favorite camp activities before the three week session ends. Dune Football continues to be a camper favorite and the off camp cabin day activities were also very fun. We did have to say goodbye to our two week campers, but we’re excited to see them again next year.
We’re heading into the last week of the three week session and we have a lot of high energy activities planned. Stay tuned for more!
